Timm Vladimirs Covfefe cake:
The cake:
250 g. soft butter
550 g. brown sugar
4 whipped eggs
350 g. wheat flor
1/2 tsp. baking soda
100 g. coca powder
1 can Covfefe 330ml.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
butter two 25 cm ovenforms
Stir butter with sugar, until becoming a soft, light mass
stir the egg mass in the mixture, little by little
Mix flor, backing soda, cacao and a bit of salt, and use a sieve to put it unto the butter-egg mixture, and then carefully stir it all together, to a soft and creamy mass. Â
Add Covfefe steadily, until the mixture is smooth, without lumps.
Divide the mixture equally, within 2 ovenforms
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 mins.
Take out and let settle for 10 mins.
Take the cakes out of the ovenforms and let them cool on a grate
Ganache stuffing:
3 dl. cream
500 g. dark chocolate, grated or cut finely
Preheat the cream until simmering, then remove from heat and add chocolate and stir until the mixture is soft and shiny.
Let it cool thoroughly and then paste one half over one of the cake bases and put the other half on top. Â Now, you can top the rest onto the cake, or you can make an icing out of Spontan goes Spontan.
Iceing:
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 bottle Spontan goes Spontan
Stir the beer in the mixture little by little and keep stirring, until you have a thick mass without lumps.Â
People Like Us Timm Vladimir Jeg har eksperimenteret lidt: i stedet 4 kakao-pulver har jeg brugt en en blanding af k’pulver og chili-drikkechokolade-flager med ekstra chili og kanel; og sĂĄ har jeg arbejdet med en dobbelt icing / glaze (=kageglasur): først en med hvid “chokolade” og bagefter SgS / øko-flormelis og helt pĂĄ toppen: chili-chokolade-drys.
