Brewed on (& with): De Proefbrouwerij (Belgium) in collab with Kihoskh (Vesterbro, Denmark).
Nose: Fruity with notes of papaya, orange and grapefruit peel. Perhaps a slight touch of melon?
Mouth: Fruity (grapefruit peel, citrus, a touch of honey melon?) with a little shot of bitterness, a lighter texture than other varieties in this category resulting in a more mouth-watering expression than the typical IPA’s.
Yeast type: Ale
Hop types: Citra & Ekuanot
Hop level: Relatively high
Ingredients: Water, rye-malt, oakflakes, wheat-malt, hops & yeast.
