Brewed on (& with): De Proefbrouwerij (Belgium) in collab with Kihoskh (Vesterbro, Denmark).
Smell: Fruity with notes of papaya, orange and grape-shell. Maybe a tiny bit of melon?
Mouth: Fruity (grape-shell, citrus, a bit honny-melon?) with a little shot of bitterness. less fullness than other varieties in this category, and therefore more mouth-watering.
Yeast type: Ale
Hops type: Citra & Ekuanot
Level of hop: Relative high
Ingrediens: Water, rye-malt, Oakflakes, wheat-malt, hop & yeast.
